The Bloom pneuamtic tip dresser is a hand-held, pneumatic tip dresser that allows the operator to dress a wide variety of nose styles with speed and accuracy. Cutters are easily removed which provides a smooth transition between shapes and sizes. Optional, clamp-style tip dressers are also available in this series.

Lightweight and rugged construction, the pneumatic Tip Dresser requires a clearance of only 1-1/2″ with the standard ring and 2″ with an extended ring. In most situations, this allows the dressing of electrodes without removal from the welder. Operating at a cutting speed of 1200 RPM enables the operator to dress electrodes quickly and accurately. Cutters and guide rings are easily replaced.
