The bimetallic barrel for single screw is a kind of barrel moulding 2-5mm thick alloy coat on the barrel inner wall which has excellent corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance and high working temperature.And its useful service life is greatly improved contrast to the common nitrided barrel.Bimetal has more obvious advantages when procesing special plastics to enhance the abrasion life,such as engineering plastics,fluorine plastics,PPO and ets.

All kinds of vertical,horizontal injection machine,extruder,injection molding machine,bakelite machine,rubber cylinder,film blowing machine,etc.

Field of application:

It is suitable fro LCP,PA=GF,PET+GF,PBT+GF,PC+GF and other plastics to add glass fiber,fire retardant,carbon power and PPA,PPO,LCP,magnetic power,PC and other engineering plastics.

depth of nitration case: 0.5-0.8mm

hardness of nitration: 950-1020HV

fragility of nitration: less than grade 1

roughness of the surface: Ra 0.4um

linearlity of the screw: 0.015mm

hardness of double alloys: HRC55-62

depth of double alloys: >2mm

Grand C:95% w
